Reaching us

- The form on the home page is the fastest route. Three lines are enough. We reply within two business days, and sooner when there is a date to hold.

- If you are already a client
- Raise it on the platform at any hour and it reaches your named lead on the wall clock — 15 minutes when cargo or money is at risk. The standard is published in full.

If something goes wrong
A desk that only publishes its successes is not telling you much. This is what happens when we fall short.
Tell your lead, or go over them
You can escalate to the named desk lead at any time and without giving a reason. You do not need to have exhausted anything first, and the request itself is receipted.
We answer in five business days
A complaint is acknowledged within one business day and answered within five. If we need longer we say so, and why, before the five days are up rather than after.
Missed targets credit automatically
Where the failure is a missed response or resolution target, the credit is applied to your account by the system without you asking for it, and it appears on your own ledger.
Write to contact@uieglobal.com with the transaction reference and what you would like put right. A complaint goes to the head of Concierge, not to the person it concerns.
UIE acts as arranger only and is not a regulated financial services firm, so the Financial Ombudsman Service does not cover this relationship. A dispute that cannot be settled is referred to arbitration in London under the law of England and Wales. On data protection specifically, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
